Do Redee mirrors require hardwiring?

Muse, Horizon, Haven, Ember, Clarity, and Align all come with 90° Flat Plug installation.

Rise, Ritual, Bloom, Presence, Uplift and Dawn do not include a plug. Hardwiring or installation of plugs is required for these models. Professional installation by an electrician is highly recommended.

How do I install my Redee mirror?

Do Redee mirrors come with a warranty?

Yes, all Redee mirrors include a 1-year limited warranty. For details, visit Returns.

What makes Redee mirrors different from other lighted mirrors?

Redee mirrors are designed to support your self-care routine—blending soft, adjustable lighting with calming, intentional design.

How do I clean my Redee mirror?

Use a soft, damp cloth and a non-abrasive cleaner. Avoid spraying directly on the
mirror.

What should I do if my mirror isn't working properly?

Check the power connection and switch. If issues continue, contact our support team
at support@redeemirrors.com and we’ll help you troubleshoot or replace it.

Shipping and Returns

How long will it take to receive my order?

Orders typically arrive within 3–5 business days. You’ll receive tracking info once it’s on the way.

Do you ship internationally?

We currently ship within the 48 contiguous U.S. states. Shipping isn’t available to Alaska, Hawaii, or international locations just yet—but we hope to expand in the future.

I never received my order, what do I do?

We’re here to help. Email us at support@redeemirrors.com with your order number and we’ll look into it right away.

What is your return and exchange policy?

We accept returns for your mirror within 30 days of delivery if it's unused and in original packaging. Please visit here to view our full policy and start a return.

My mirror is damaged. What do I do?

We’re so sorry. Please send an email with your order number and a photo of the damage to support@redeemirrors.com —we’ll take care of it.

How much does shipping cost?

Because Redee mirrors need a little extra TLC in transit, we charge a flat $50 shipping fee per mirror. This covers the careful packaging and handling your order deserves.
