Returns + Exchanges
We accept returns of unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of receiving your purchase. To initiate a return or exchange, please visit our Returns Portal.
To be eligible for a full refund, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and in its original packaging. If an item is returned that does not follow our return guidelines, we reserve the right to issue only a partial refund. Redee may apply a 25% restocking fee and deduct return shipping costs. In cases where the item is not in resellable condition, we may issue up to a 50% refund to cover recovery and disposal costs.
Shipping charges are non-refundable.
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Damages + Issues
We want you to love your Redee product the moment it arrives. If your order is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can evaluate the issue and make it right. If damage occurred in transit, Redee will cover return shipping costs and issue a full replacement or refund. Customers will not be charged for shipping in cases of verified shipping damage or product defect.
Although our products are crafted with care, they are not shatterproof and must be handled gently during setup, use, and storage. We are not responsible for damage caused by improper handling once the product is in your care.
Returns + Exchanges
We accept returns of unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of purchase. To initiate a return or exchange, please visit our Returns Portal. If your order arrived in multiple boxes, please submit a separate return for each box.
If an item is returned that does not follow our return guidelines, such as, missing boxes or parts, damaged, or used we reserve the right to not offer a full refund. Refunds are issued to the original form of payment or a gift card. If he product was a gift, your credit will be issued as a Redee gift card. Your account will be credited in 7 business days and, if you ordered an exchange, your account will be charged for the difference of the new item. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
Exchanges will be processed once your original item is received and inspected. Any difference in pricing will be charged or refunded to your original payment method.
You are responsible for the cost of shipping exchanged items.
Non-Returnable Items
The following are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange:
- Sale section items
- Sample sale or warehouse items
- Giveaway items
- Orders paid with merchandise credit
